The UCAS events team organise a programme of conferences for teachers and advisers across the academic year, bringing together experienced speakers from UCAS, HE institutions and advisory bodies, providing you with comprehensive and up-to-date advice and information, to help you support your students in the decision-making and application process.

International Teachers and Advisers Conference
11-12 June 2012

If you are a teacher or adviser working with international applicants through their journey into UK higher education, this conference is not to be missed!

Following the success of last year's inaugural conference, we are pleased to announce the dates - Monday 11 and Tuesday 12 June - for the 2012 conference which will again be held in central London. This two day programme is specifically targeted for advisers from international schools, colleges, agencies and other centres supporting international students looking to apply to UK Higher Education.

A tailor-made programme including keynote addresses, workshops and discussion panels from experts within the sector will be offered along with a pre-event tour of UK universities and colleges and a post-conference programme of London university visits. There will also be opportunities to network with representatives from UK institutions during the conference.

Higher education conventions

UCAS higher education conventions play a vital part in helping applicants decide about what and where to study within higher education. UCAS organises up to 50 higher education conventions across the UK each year, that are regularly attended by approximately 2,500 schools, who value the events as a vital part in helping applicants decide what and where to study within higher education. The conventions consistently attract over 300 universities, colleges, and organisations, united in their aim to inform and advise 16-17 year olds on their future options. Compose your future

The Compose your future exhibition focuses on performing arts and related subjects and features, live performances from current students, master classes and workshops, alongside the exhibition.
