Security alert
UCAS has been alerted that some applicants have received emails purporting to be from UCAS or from university and college addresses asking for confirmation of personal details, such as usernames and passwords for individual applications, email accounts and other online services.
Under no circumstances will UCAS, GTTR, CUKAS or UKPASS ask applicants to provide usernames and passwords via email.
If any of your students have received such an email, please make sure that they DO NOT reply, but instead pass details of the request to servicedesk@ucas.ac.uk or contact the university or college direct for advice.
