Managing the online application process

What does the session cover?

We understand that to be effective in advising and guiding students through the online application, it is beneficial to have the necessary knowledge to use Apply yourselves. Our various Apply training modules are designed to provide advisers the confidence in effectively advising students applying through UCAS and managing the advisers' area of Apply.

Benefits include:

  • Opportunity to complete an online application
  • How to effectively manage the advisers' area of Apply
  • Setting up staff to oversee the application process
  • Sending completed applications
  • Tracking the progress of applications post submission

Apply training can also be offered for our other application schemes; GTTR, CUKAS and UKPASS.

Who should attend?

Delegates often include heads of sixth form and post-16 education colleges, representatives from careers and guidance organisations, teachers, lecturers, administration staff and higher education advisers.
