Application Tracker and Decision Tracker are online services available to UCAS member institutions, only from UCAS Media.

UCAS Media has designed a demonstration site to enable HEIs to see for themselves what Application Tracker and Decision Tracker can offer them. The demonstration site shows Application Tracker at Level 3 and Decision Tracker at Level 2, the most comprehensive levels.

Application Tracker - Getting to grips with application trends can be a time-consuming process. Application Tracker lets you compare your application trends with your competitors, understand who is attracted to your institution and plan sensibly for your financial future. It helps you to analyse data in the depth you need, at the time you need it. This year the price of Application Tracker has been reduced by £500. This reduction is part of our commitment to provide an efficient service, to expand our range of services and give greater value for money to our members.

Decision Tracker - Decision Tracker from UCAS Media is the ultimate tool for in-depth analysis of decision progress and conversions. It allows you to compare your current performance against previous application cycles, your competitors' and your own benchmarks. It's essential for any institution which wants to stay ahead when it comes to performance analysis and planning. This year Decision Tracker is active from September, meaning not only will you be able to track applicant decisions from the beginning of the cycle, but you will also be able to analyse decision-based data over a period of 10 months instead of six.
