Do you have a question about your results? If you do, read through this list and you may find the answer you're looking for.

Exams and qualifications

  • What do I do if my exam details have changed?
  • The offer I have received asks me to send proof of my qualifications. Where do I send this?
  • I am not able to take my examinations this year. What happens to my application?

Results and offers

  • I met the grades but my university/college has not yet confirmed my place. What should I do?
  • I haven't heard from my choices, what should I do?
  • I've met the grades for my firm offer but I now want to go to my insurance choice. What should I do?
  • I didn't meet the grades for my firm choice but I don't want to go to my insurance choice - can I apply elsewhere?
  • I see on Track that an offer has changed to 'Changed course'. What does this mean, and what should I do?
  • I've already accepted an offer - can I decline it and enter Clearing instead?
