You can be locked out of Apply either by accidentally closing the browser instead of using the log out link or by entering the wrong password five times.
If you have logged out without using the log out link, you will see the following message next time you log in: 'You are already logged in. Please ensure that this is your only active session. Click log in if you wish to proceed.' Clicking on 'log in' will automatically allow you back into your application.
If you have entered the wrong password five times, contact our Customer Service Unit who will be able to unlock your account.
