I have forgotten my Track username and password. What can I do?

We print your username on some of the letters we send to you, for example, the welcome letter. If you completed your application in Apply, you can find out your username and password by clicking on 'Forgotten login?' on the Apply login screen and answering your security questions correctly.

You can also obtain your username and password by contacting our Customer Service Unit. You will have to answer some security questions before we can give you the details.
